At first, it needs to be said that each project development process may slightly differ. It is dependent on what technologies the project is working with and what size the project is.

Project kick-off

We signed, shook hands and now we can start working. We usually get through the kick off phase in a few hours, days at the most.

Development & Testing

The tools and processes are ready and we are ready to get to work. In Siesta we manage projects either in a sequential way, which is called waterfall, or in an incremental way, called agile.

Launch

MVP development is over. What now? Now we’re going to launch the product from the development environment to the live server.

Support & maintenance

Software support and maintenance is a standard part of any project that is more complex than a website on a WordPress template. This contract is called either a support & maintenance contract or a service level agreement (SLA).
